Credit Card
• The full amount of the accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.

• Payment in up to 12 installments is possible, according to the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

• Third-party credit cards are not accepted as a form of payment.

• If a third-party card is used, the reservation will not be confirmed and the refund will follow the terms and procedures of the responsible financial institution.

• At check-in, it will be mandatory to present the credit card used for the purchase, along with an official identification document of the cardholder. This rule also applies to virtual cards.

Cancellation Policies

Art. 49. O consumidor pode desistir do contrato, no prazo de 7 dias a contar de sua assinatura ou do ato de recebimento do produto ou serviço, sempre que a contratação de fornecimento de produtos e serviços ocorrer fora do estabelecimento comercial, especialmente por telefone ou a domicílio.
Em caso de No Show (Não comparecimento): Será cobrado o valor total da reserva.
