Credit Card
• The full amount of the accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.

• Payment in up to 12 installments is possible, according to the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

• Third-party credit cards are not accepted as a form of payment.

• If a third-party card is used, the reservation will not be confirmed and the refund will follow the terms and procedures of the responsible financial institution.

• At check-in, it will be mandatory to present the credit card used for the purchase, along with an official identification document of the cardholder. This rule also applies to virtual cards.

Cancellation Policies

Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signature or receipt of the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services is made outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
In the event of a No Show: The total amount of the reservation will be charged.
